Return Policy

I want you yo be 100% happy with our products, but if any piece is not as descried or defective then you are entitled for a refund.

You can contact us within 30 days requesting an exchange or a refund and we will grant you a refund in the following situations :
- The item is defective or damaged
- The item is not as described
- You have received the wrong item, color, or size
- The item didn't arrive

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags attached.

Steps to return your item
- Take a picture of the item
- Email our support team at divasrack@gmail.com and attach the pictures
- We will respond within 24 hours advising you of the next steps and issuing the return label

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item is as you described we will process your refund immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at divasrack@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, follow the steps in the return and refund and advise us that you would like us to replace your item and we will issue your return label and send you a new one.
- If you would like to exchange the size, you will be responsible to cover the cost of the return shipping. Any item received not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for an exchange.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package
